Intervention1: 4% taper rotary file system: 4% taper is mostly used in narrow canal. It conserve the dentin.and reduce apical trauma it will done till 1.5 years Control Intervention1: 6% taper rotary

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between 18 to 60 years of either gender. Participants with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis with PAI score less than or equal to 2. Participants with VAS pain score less than or equal to 6. Participants who have not taken analgesics in the past 3 days. Cooperative healthy participants who are willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with history of previously treated tooth, swelling, sinus tract, internal or external resorption, severe periodontal disease, non-vital teeth. Canals exhibiting severe curvature (less than 250) according to Schneider s classification will be excluded. Participants unwilling to sign the consent form. Pregnant, medically compromised and patients with uncontrolled diabetes are excluded from the study.
