Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above 60 years of age. 2. History of at least one fall in the past year. 3. Able to walk independently with or without an assistive device. 4. Able to follow verbal commands and participate in exercises. 5. Medically stable and cleared for physical activity. 6. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment 2. Neurological conditions affecting balance 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders 4. Unstable cardiovascular conditions 5. Visual or vestibular impairments severely affecting balance 6. Participation in other structured balance training programs within the past 3 months
