Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 60 years and above 2. Permanent residents of the selected rural area 3. Able to communicate verbally 4. Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Elderly individuals with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness 2.Bedridden patients or those who are critically ill at the time of data collection. 3.Elderly individuals who are healthcare professionals or have formal medical or paramedical training.
