Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients displaying clinical features of Kadara. Presence of Kadara in the Pada tala. Patients of both sexes, aged between 10 years and 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 10 years and above 60 years. Patients for whom Agnikarma was contraindicated. Patients with more than two Kadara. Patients with uncontrolled systemic disorders such as Diabetes, Hypertension, etc. Patients with infectious conditions like HIV and Hepatitis B will not be included. Pregnant women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in pain intensity, measured using the McGill Pain Index Score, Healing time of the corn measured in days, and lesion consistency (softness/hardness). Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 30

Incidence of infection at the site, assessed by clinical examination Recurrence of corn within 2 months after treatment, measured at follow-up visits Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 30, and follow-up at 2 months
