Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prediabetes population of all genders of age group between 30 -50 years, FBS level 100-125 mg/dl PPBS level 140-199 mg/dl HbA1C level 5.7-6.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with severe systemic illness .Subjects under medication for dyslipidaemia
