Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.An adult person diagnosed with traumatic brain injury based on clinical assessment and or CT findings 2.Admission to Trauma ICU within 24 hours of traumatic brain injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unwilling to participate 2.Patients brought dead 3.Patients referred to another hospital 4.TBI patients less than 18 years or above 75 years of age
