Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All the patients between age group of 21-60 years suffering from Low Anal type of Fistula. 2) Classically diagnosed patients will be taken for the purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Below the age of 21 years & above 60 years. b) Criteria shown in our ancient text books. c) Cancer of Rectum , Crohn s Disease , Ulcerative colitis d) HCV, HBsAg & HIV. e) Tuberculosis f) Diabetes mellitus g) Pregnancy h) Hypertension i) Patients having serious cardiac, nephrotic, hormonal and other major illness.

MeasureTime frame
The assessment of the treatment will be carried out based on the improvement in both objective and subjective parameters. The objective parameters include healing status of the wound, Unit Cutting Time (UCT), amount of discharge, and pain. The subjective parameters include the patient s perception of pain, itching, and burning sensation.Timepoint: 60 days
