Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age Middle aged 45 to 59 years Elderly adults 60 to 74 years 2 Medical Diagnosis Clinically diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus Type 2 either controlled and uncontrolled for more than 7 years 3 HbA1c level Greater than or equal to 6.5 percentage 4 Person who can read and write Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having neurological or psychiatric disorders unrelated to diabetes 2. Having cardiac conditions or cardiovascular diseases. 3. Are currently in homes or in palliative care
