Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with cancer and their partners, not necessarily dyads above the age of 18 years visiting the palliative care out patient department Able to provide informed consent Having English or Tamil language fluency In a married relationship AKPS abobe 40
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having pre existing sexual dysfunction Cognitive impairment or delirium that would prevent informed consent or meaningful participation Severe physical illness or distress that would make participation burdensome Unwillingness to discuss sexual health or intimacy Unable to provide informed consent
