Intervention1: Low level laser therapy: Low level laser therapy will be used in treat the symptoms like pain clicking sound and difficulty in mouth opening in the internal derangement of Temporomandib

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 60 years of both sexes 2.Participants included under Axis I group II based on RDC/TMD 3.Participants with unilateral chronic TMJ pain, clicking sounds and restricted mouth opening 4. Participants with ASA grade 1 and 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Asymptomatic participants 2.Participants included under Axis I group I and III based on RDC/TMD 3.Participants with connective tissue or auto immune diseases, metabolic disorders 4.Participants with history of trauma and TMJ surgical procedure s 5.Participants with ASA grade 3 to grade 6
