Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: females aged 18 to 45 years clinically or radiologically diagnosed cases of endometriosis presenting with pelvic pain dysmenorrhea dyspareunia or chronic lower abdominal pain willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with malignancy uterine fibroids or PID History of recent surgery or hormonal therapy Patients on conventional painlkillers regular Pregnancy or lactation Unwilling or Uncooperative participants
