Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age 18 to 30 years. -Both genders. -Individuals who are able to read, understand, and respond to questionnaires administered in English. -Recreational athletes - athletes participating in sports involving cutting, pivoting, jumping and rapid direction changes such as Football and/or Basketball and/or Badminton. -Physically active (greater than or equal to 3 sessions per week or 1 hour per session).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any injury to the lower limb in the past 6 months. -History of fracture or surgery involving the lower limb within past 12 months. -Bilateral ankle instability. -Known neurological, vestibular or systemic disorders affecting balance or gait. -Elite or professional athletes.
