Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -age 18-30 years -all genders -young healthy recreational athletes -lower limb injury free for at least 6 months before participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -any history of back or lower limb, and/or surgery within the last 6 months -known case of medical conditions that may affect jumping performance or safety. -participants involved in professional basketball training.
