Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 years Gender Female and Male Participants who experienced pain in the dominant upper extremity during matches or training within the past six months. Participants without a history of pain in the dominant upper extremity during matches or training over the past six months. Physical activities who play volleyball greater than or equal to 3 sessions per week or 1 hour per session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players having history of orthopeadic surgeries on dominant upper extremity within 6 months. Any recent musculoskeletal injuries (shoulder dislocation, ligament injuries ) in their dominant upper extremity within 6 months. Participants who discontinued the match during play due to pain in the dominant upper extremity.
