Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy attending antenatal OPD and delivering at department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Group A- 50 normotensive pregnant women with baby having birth weight appropriate for gestational age (control group) Group B- 50 normotensive pregnant women having FGR babies Group C- 50 pregnant women with Preeclampsia without FGR Group D-50 pregnant women having both PE and FGR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension Chronic renal disease Autoimmune disorder Type 1/ 2 Diabetes mellitus Not willing to participate
