Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children Undergoing Dental Injection 2) Children aged 4-8 years 3) Children receiving IANB 4) Children with normal baseline soft tissue sensation in the oral and perioral region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Medically compromised children. 2) Neurological disorders. 3) Laser sensitivity 4) History of Allergy or Hypersensitivity 5) Children who have taken analgesics, sedatives, antihistamines, or neuroactive medications within 24 hours prior to the dental procedure

MeasureTime frame
All 3 groups 810 nm, 940 nm and 810nm combined with 940nm settings are expected to reduce anesthesia duration versus control, with one showing superior efficacy.Timepoint: Individual assessment will be done at every 15-minute interval till the reversal of anaesthesia. An overall assessment will be done at the end of 1 year
