Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females actively playing with minimum of 1 year of experience. Presence of menstrual dysfunction: Irregular menstrual cycle (less than 21 days or more than 35 days), Abnormal menstrual bleeding (less than 2 days or more than 7 days), Moderate to severe menstrual pain, and history of menstrual irregularity for more than or equal to 3 consecutive months. MEDI-Q score indicating moderate to severe menstrual distress. ability to undersatnd the language used for instructions and voluntary particpation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of oral or hormonal contraceptives. Participants with recent or current injuries (upper or lower limb). Any other Medical conditions. Participation in another interventional study. Unwillingness to participate.
