Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who gave consent for the procedure. Age above 18 years.(either gender) 1 Wilkes stage II and III TMJ disorder . 2 Pain in the TMJ during mandibular movement and function. 3 Clicking in TMJ during mandibular movement and function. Maximum mouth opening less than 35 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 and above 60 years . Patient with degenerative joint disease., collagen vascular disease. Patient with previous open TMJ surgery and diagnosed with TMJ myalgia. Pregnant females. Patient having history of acute trauma
