Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of systemic disorders(Anemia, Autoimmune conditions), neurological diseases 2. History of pelvic or abdominal surgery, pregnancy, or current hormonal contraceptive use 3. Participation in concurrent therapies for dysmenorrhea (medications or physiotherapy) 4. Irregular cycles

1. Pain intensity: Pain will be measured using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). 2. Core strength : Will be assessed using the Modified Sphygmomanometer Test (MST). 3. Quality of life : Quality of life will be assessed using the Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire (Q-LES-Q-SF). 4. Dysmenorrhea severity: Will be Assessed using the WaLIDD Score, which evaluates working ability, location, intensity, and days of pain.Timepoint: At Baseline
