Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Tumour located within 15 cms from anal verge Ability to provide informed consent & respond to questionnaires. ECOG 0/1/optimised 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Extraabdominal Metastases. Local recurrence at the time of functional assesment. Neurological disorders affecting bowel control. Pre-existing urinary incontinence, neurogenic bladder or severe LUTS. Known Sexual dysfunction prior to diagnosis or unrelated to rectal cancer. Incomplete records or lost to follow up.

| Primary Outcome- Incidence and severity of urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunction following Robotic surgery as assessed by validated scoring systems at various intervals post operatively. Secondary Outcome: 1.Trend of recovery or persistence of dysfunctions at various intervals. 2.Surgical and Oncological Parameters- OT time, Blood loss, conversion to open surgery, Length of hospital stay, Post operative morbidity,Anastomotic leak rates, R0 Resectio rates, Nerve preservation status. 3.Proportion of patients with major LARS or severe dysfunction on ICIQ-SF or IIEF orFSFI.Timepoint: Preoperative(baseline), 1 month & 3 months post surgery. | — |
