Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Central Obesity (Required) Waist circumference greater than or equal to 90 cm for men and greater than or equal to 80 cm for women (South Asian cut-offs) Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) Men WHR greater than 0.90 Women WHR greater than 0.85 NO comparators

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cardiovascular disease Uncontrolled hypertension Respiratory disease with functional impairment
