Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Children aged 3 to 12 years. 2 Diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy, defined by the Modified Tardieu Scale as R1 minus R2 difference greater than or equal to 5 degrees and quality of muscle reaction grade 1 to 3. 3 Gross Motor Function Classification System levels I to III. 4 Presence of limited ankle range of motion, defined as ankle dorsiflexion less than or equal to 10 degrees with knee extended. 5 Children who are able to understand simple verbal instructions and communicate pain and discomfort. 6 Children who are able to request to stop the intervention either verbally or through non verbal expressions. 7 Parents or guardians willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with fixed ankle deformities or contractures. 2 Orthopedic conditions limiting participation, for example fracture or severe osteoporosis. 3 Recent orthopedic surgery or botulinum toxin injection within the last 6 months. 4 Severe cognitive or behavioral impairment limiting cooperation. 5 Children with uncontrolled seizures.
