Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers of patients admitted with a chart diagnosis of bipolar affective disorder according to ICD 11, with illness duration of at least six months. Aged 18 years and above. Providing care for at least six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers with pre existing major psychiatric illnesses who are currently symptomatic.
