Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .ASA grade 1 and 2 2 .Elective lower abdomen and lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia 3.patient giving written informrd consent 4 .patient of age [18- 65] of either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 .patient with proven sensory neuropathy of anyetiology 2 .patient unable to comprehend any document any sensation 3 .Any contraindication of spinal anaesthesia

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the predictive value of subjective sensation - warm,tingling,numbness in lower limb, saddle part and inner thigh during the spinal anaesthesia after to predict subarachnoid block success rate.Timepoint: At 30 seconds and at the end of one minute.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess motor block on bromage scale of 4. 2.To access sensory block by pin prick sensation. 3.To assess Hemodynamic changes in Heart rate, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP). Timepoint: 1.Ealuation performed at 2 minutes, 5 minutes,10 minutes ,15 minutes. 2.At 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes,15 minutes. 3.To assess Hemodynamic changes at baseline, after induction, 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes.
