Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patient Age 30-50 years Patients with mild to moderate chronic periodontitis Shallow probing pocket depth of 4-5 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who had taken antibiotics 6 months prior or on antibiotics during this trial Patients with a history of systemic disease Pregnant or lactating mothers Patients with a history of smoking and tobacco chewing
