Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 to 55 years with closed unilateral patellar fracture treated surgically or conservatively. Radiological evidence of stable healing. Able to walk independently. Cleared by orthopaedic surgeon for physiotherapy. Willing to participate in 8 week rehabilitation program and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Open fractures. Severe comminuted fractures. Patellar tendon rupture. Non union or malunion. Infection or implant related complications. Bilateral patellar fractures. Previous knee surgery. Neurological or vestibular disorders. Systemic illness limiting exercise participation. Cognitive or psychological limitations. Diagnosed osteoporosis. Diabetes mellitus.
