Inclusion criteria: Age Group: 18-30 Years. All Genders. Willing to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Students who are not giving informed consent. Students absent on the day of data collection.

Gender-wise & year-wise variations in lifestyle habits. Identification of common unhealthy lifestyle patterns among the students. Association of lifestyle habits with health indicators (BMI, waist circumference, self-reported health status).
