Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers belonging to Asian population without any co-morbidities. Healthy volunteers will primarily be recruited through voluntary participation from hospital staff, students, anaesthesia/OT technicians associated with the institution after director s approval
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any lower limb fracture or other comorbidity which restricts walking and cycling. 2. BMI above 25 kg/m2, 3. Participant with chronic history of smoking 4. Individual having cognitive decline. 5. Refusal to consent

| The primary aim of our study is to compare which amongst the subjective functional tests DASI, 6MWT and ISWT would show best positive correlation with VO2peak recorded by CPET findings in healthy individuals.Timepoint: Readings of the mentioned parameters will be recorded at the start (0 mins) and end of each functional test and continuously for the duration of CPET. 6MWT at baseline (0 mins), after completion of test at 6 mins or before if the patient is fatigue ISMWT at baseline (0 mins), after completion of test at 12 mins or before if the patient is fatigue CPET at baseline (0 mins), continuously during the test after completion of test at 12 mins or before if the patient is fatigue. | — |

| To assess agreement between METs calculated by CPET & those estimated by each of the following: a.DASI -Hlatky equation b.6MWT-Burr equation c.ISWT -Singh equation Timepoint: METs will be assessed at the end of completion of each test.
