Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects consuming any form of tobacco since at least last 1 year Subjects above 18 years of age Subjects having score less than 5 in fagerstrom scale Subjects who are willing to quit tobacco habit Subjects who will provide informed consent for the participation. Subjects having smartphone (ios or android) Subjects who are able to read and understand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are already receiving behavioral counseling. Subjects who are having other addictions i.e. alcohol/drugs Subjects those with history of significant psychosis/cognitive impairment will be excluded.
