Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnent women aged 18 to 40 years ASA physical status 1 or 2 Scheduled for elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Contraindication to spinal Anaesthesia Coagulation disorder Infection at injection site History of chronic headache or spinal deformity
