Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapy students UG PG aged 18 30 Students of 3rd and 4th year UG and 1st & 2nd year PG physiotherapy Understands English or local language No injury or acute illness consented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injury or chronic illness Known cardiovascular disorders Recent surgery less than 6 months Incomplete questionnaire or test refusal
