Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Chronic Pancreatitis with osteoporosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other malabsorption conditions (celiac disease and Crohn s disease). 2.Presence of other systemic diseases known to affect bone metabolism (chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis). 3.Taking drugs known to influence bone metabolism (steroids, hormone therapy, pioglitazone). 4.Endocrine disorders known to cause secondary osteopathy (hypogonadism, Cushing s syndrome, hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism). 5.History of previous fracture. 6.Pregnant and Breast-feeding women.
