Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Clinical Features of Dushta Vrana which are not Secondary to Systemic Disease and are restricted to Localized area. Area less than 3cm x 3cm and depth 5mm will be randomly selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Hepatitis B , HIV ,HBsAG or any other systemic infection and those with local lymphatic spread of infection. Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs, e.g. eye etc. Subjects who require other emergency operations (major surgical procedure). Subjects with Known cases of Diabetes mellitus or Gangrenous ulcer. Ulcer secondary to any malignancy and Burn wound. Immuno- compromised patients. Patient below 17 and above 60 year and age. Osteomyelitis Patients suffering from wounds like Tubercular Ulcers, Venous Ulcers ,Leprotic Ulcers, Malignant Ulcers.
