Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ALL THE ADULT PATIENTS 18-65 YEARS, ASA STATUS I-III SCHEDULED FOR ELECTIVE UROLOGICAL PROCEDURES UNDER REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)patients with history of diabetes 2)patients with known gastroparesis or prior gastric surgery 3)chronic opioid use or medications altering gastric emptying time 4)pregnant patients 5)morbidly obese patient (BMI more than 40kg/m2)
