Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum age of 15 years at the start of treatment. Indication for bilateral upper first premolar extraction. Presence of full permanent dentition up to second molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of systemic disease affecting bone metabolism. Presence of periodontal disease, bone loss, or poor oral hygiene Smoking habit.
