Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age should be more then or equal to 60 years. BMI should be more then or equal to 25kg per meter. SPPB score should be between 3 to 8 . Able to walk 4 meters with or without assistive device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe comorbidities or uncontrolled conditions. Recent surgery or hospitalisation Participants in any structured excercise/diet program in the past 6 months. Any congenital abnormalities. Any definite abnormalities of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal system other than aging related conditions. Fully dependent for ADLs
