Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female amateur athletes, Age between 18 to 30 years with hamstring tightness, SLR less than 70 degrees, No flexibility training within the previous 6 months, Active knee extension more than 20 degree, Participants who understand English or Hindi language. Willing to Participate in this Study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous injury or surgeries in past 6 months, Neurological dysfunctions., SLR more than 70 degrees, Patient who has previous history of fracture or deformity, Any pathological dysfunction, Any other musculoskeletal condition, Any Bleeding Disorder or on blood thinner.
