Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Recreational weightlifters aged 18-35 years Chronic non-specific low back pain for more than 12 weeks Participants with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2 Pain intensity between 2-5 /10 on NPRS No current use of analgesics or ongoing physiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal surgery or diagnosed spinal pathology (eg, disc herniation, stenosis) Neurological involvement in the lower limb Positive red flag signs (eg, fracture, tumor, infection )
