Inclusion criteria: CMF fractures requiring ORIF Surgery within 14 days Clean/clean-contaminated wound Consent + follow-up willingness

Exclusion criteria: Active infection at fracture site Pathological fractures Previous hardware same site Immunocompromised / systemic disease Antibiotic allergy Pregnancy Refusal of consent
