Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years and above undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation ASA physical status I to III patients willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anticipated difficult airway severe facial trauma cervical spine instability upper airway obstruction oral malignancy patients requiring nasal intubation and patients refusing consent
