Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Type I and Type II Patients as per Agarwal and Chandra classification 2 Healthy patients falling under ASA I and ASA II 3 Subjects able and willing to provide written informed consent and compliant with study procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who had received any previous surgical repair for the management of earlobe cleft 2 Patient with history of having anticoagulant therapy 3 Patients having history of autoimmune disorder hematological disorder and platelet dysfunction syndrome 4 Patients with a history of immunosuppression malignancy chemotherapy steroid therapy dermatologicalacuteinfections 5 Having previous history of radiation therapy in the head and neck region 6 Pregnant women 7 Patient having tendency for the keloid formation and hypertrophy
