Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Duration of onset of symptoms more than 4 weeks but less than 6 months No improvement in pain after conservative treatment with oral NSAIDS or physiotherapy for last 1 month. Clinically diagnosed stage 1 and stage 2 adhesive capsulitis cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary causes of adhesive capsulitis. History of prior intraarticular injection within the last 6 months. Patient suffering from any severe neurological, psychiatric, any cardiac disorder that might interfere with the assessment during the study periods. Cases of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism. History of allergy to any of the injection used.
