Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with Psoriasis Healthy volunteers matched for age,gender,BMI with patients of psoriasis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation Known autoimmune or chronic inflammatory disease other then psoriasis Active infection or acute inflammatory condition within last 4 weeks Chronic liver disease, Chronic kidney disease stage grater then or equal to three or nephrotic syndrome Use of systemic corticosteroids in last 4 weeks Inability to provide fasting blood samples
