Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa grade II and III Age 18-45 yrs Height less than 150 cm for study group and more than 150 cm for control group Singleton pregnancy ( preterm,term,postterm) Ceaseless section Spinal with hyperbaric levobupivacaine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failed or patchy block Less than 130 cm of height More than 180 cm of height Bmi more than 30 kg/ m2

MeasureTime frame
Height adjusted dosing may provide more individualised anaesthesia with reduced incidence of Hypotension, better hemodynamic stability and reduced vasopressor use and safer spinal anesthesia practices in short stature mothersTimepoint: at 3 min interval till birth, from birth of baby to OT completion at 5 min interval, in post op. at 15 mins interval up to 6 hrs.—
