Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Stage II-III Periodontitis. .Systemically healthy patients with no contraindications for periodontal therapy. .Patients willing to undergo periodontal treatment and able to maintain oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Patients with systemic diseases affecting periodontal healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised conditions). .History of smoking or tobacco use (due to impaired healing). .Patients who have received periodontal therapy or antibiotics in the past 6 months. .Pregnant or lactating women. .Patients with allergy to titanium or components of PRF preparation. .Teeth with mobility greater than Grade II, furcation involvement, or hopeless prognosis.
