Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed T2DM and on stable medications, ability to perform grip strength and reaction time assessments, and willingness to participate in a 10-day residential INY program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe diabetic complications (e.g., proliferative retinopathy, severe nephropathy), cardiac arrhythmias, physical disabilities precluding yoga practice, or concurrent participation in other structured exercise or naturopathy programs
