Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 45 years Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m Clinical diagnosis of chronic plantar fasciitis Heel pain, especially during first steps in the morning Duration of symptoms: 1 to 6 months Positive Windlass tes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IParticipants with history of fracture or surgery of foot or ankle, peripheral neuropathy or nerve-related disorders, inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, individuals undergoing other physiotherapy programs, severe foot deformities such as flat foot or varus or valgus deformity, pregnancy, or any contraindication to exercise will be excluded.
