Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sufficient bone width and height to allow implant placement without additional grafting. Adequate oral hygiene maintenance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of ongoing periodontal disease or local infection at the implant site. Heavy Smokers more than 10 cigarettes per day or tobacco users in any form.Patients with uncontrolled systemic or bleeding disorders.Individuals with conditions affecting bone healing, such as osteoporosis.Patients taking medications known to influence bone metabolism, including bisphosphonates. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients unable to cooperate due to psychological or compliance issues.

To assess and compare primary implant stability using insertion torque in implant placed using osseodensification and conventional drilling technique. To assess and compare peri-implant bone density in implant placed using osseodensification and conventional drilling technique by using Cone Beam Computed Tomography [CBCT] To assess and compare crestal bone level changes in implant placed using osseodensification and conventional drilling technique by using CBCT Timepoint: Baseline and 6 months
