Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will give consent for study. 2. Patients with age 40 to 70 years. 3. Diagnosis of senile cataract. 4. Suitable for phacoemulsification with foldable acrylic IOL implantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age of patients less than 40 years and more than 70 years. 2. Traumatic and complicated cataract. 3. Retinal disease like retinal detachment, established diabetic retinopathy, macular Edelman. 4. Corneal opacities, corneal edema and corneal irregularities. 5. Previous any ocular surgeries. 6. Use of systemic steroids or immunosuppressive drugs. 7. Irregular, oblique or bio-oblique astigmatism.
