Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical features of Kamala Roga such as yellowish discoloration of eyes, skin, urine and other related symptoms. Patients showing abnormal Liver Function Test results (Raised bilirubin, ALT, AST, ALP, ) Patients diagnosed with any type of Kamala Roga Koshtshakhaasrita, Shakhasrita, Kumbha Kamala, or Halimaka. Clinically stable patients suitable for observational study. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with autoimmune or other metabolic liver disorders along with Jaundice. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with severe systemic illness or other complications i.e coma and altered sensorium. Unwilling or non-cooperative patients
